Our services

Everything a CFO’s office does, on a calendar.

Why now

Compliance has more moving parts this year.

Three changes make a monthly checklist worth more than a once-a-year clean-up.

GST notices on credit and turnover

Notices issued in August 2026 covered input credit claimed above GSTR-2B and differences between the books, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9. A monthly match catches most of these early.

New TDS sections and forms

Since 1 April 2026, TDS sits in Section 393 of the Income-tax Act 2025, with renumbered forms. Rates are unchanged, so the risk is the wrong section or form.

The 45-day rule for small suppliers

Under Section 43B(h), unpaid dues to registered micro and small suppliers beyond the agreed period, 45 days at most, are disallowed as a deduction until paid.

Dates follow our FY 2026-27 compliance calendar, last reviewed November 2026. A due date on a Sunday or holiday is usually not extended, so we file two to three days early. Professional tax, labour welfare and shops-and-establishments dates depend on the state, so we set them per entity. Extensions are announced from time to time, and we confirm each date on the official portal before relying on it.

How it works

From first call to first close in 30 days.

  1. Discovery call

25 minutes on your entities, volumes and the problem to fix. We say plainly whether we fit.

  2. Scope and price

You share a month of records. We send a two-page proposal with the package, the volumes and the exclusions.

  3. Health check

We review books, returns and payroll, compare credit to GSTR-2B, check TDS sections and forms, and list supplier dues near the 43B(h) limit, with a fix list and dates.

  4. Monthly close

A checklist of what was filed, reconciled and left open, with the next due dates. Each filing is confirmed once the receipt is in hand.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you replace my accounts team?

No. We supervise and review the day-to-day accounting and work with your internal team and HR on inputs, so reporting is timely and accurate.

Do you replace my existing CA?

Not necessarily. Many owners keep a CA for audit and signatures. We handle the monthly work and reporting and flag what we see. We take over bookkeeping or filings only if you want us to.

Can you guarantee no notices or late fees?

No adviser can. We commit to a named lead, a tracked calendar and written confirmation of each filing once the receipt is in hand.

Do you do audits or appear in appeals?

Statutory audit, appeals, litigation and assessments sit outside the monthly packages. We quote them separately or work with the right professional, agreed in writing first.

Which accounting software do you work in?

We work in the software you already use where we can. We confirm access and fit before quoting, so there are no surprises after you sign.

Do you run payroll?

We process and review monthly payroll with your HR inputs, compute salary TDS, and handle PF, ESI and professional tax filings where they apply to you.

What if the package does not fit my volume?

The proposal states the entities and volumes it covers. If your needs change materially, we review scope and fee together by mutual agreement.
